The groundworks were ready very quickly and the timber frame was erected shortly after. The speed of the build was very impressive and the finish was extremely good with great attention to detail throughout. I am very happy with my investment which was fairly priced.

I have been the interior designer for all of our other restaurant projects with various other contractors. The difference with Hebask was they were able to understand my vision completely and their valuable input in terms of the design and the building process saved us time and money. This was an enjoyable project for all of us.

This project was awarded to Wings Construction SW LTD due to the professional and honest approach from the quoting stage. The project had many un specified items in terms of costing due to the heritage factor. We settled on a cost plus a percentage format. This allows the items which are uncertain to be fairly priced. Fortnightly Hebask produced a detailed progress report, an overall financial summary detailing the payments and a cost summary spreadsheet itemising all labour and materials, including invoice copies of all materials used in that period. I set a budget and the project was executed with speed and precision.
